FOR SENIOR WOMEN IN DATA AND AI
BUILDING A CONSULTING PRACTICE

You’ve shipped the models.
Built the strategy.
Led the teams.
Built the infrastructure your company runs on.
You’re underpriced. Or not charging at all.

8 weeks to price it, package it, and be ready to sell it.

Cohort Two runs November 3 to January 12.

Applications close October 31.

$9,000 CAD, or $3,000 CAD if you were laid off in the last 12 months.

Application required. If you’re accepted, payment confirms your spot.

The data and AI consulting market is full of people who shouldn't be selling it.

People who think prompting an LLM makes them an expert.
People with no battle wounds from real production.
People unwilling to build the skillset.

Companies are paying them.
Then watching the projects fail.

Or worse exposing them to risk.
They don't need more AI hype.
They need the people who have actually led and shipped this work.

Meanwhile, the women who can do it are charging less. Or nothing.
Every month you stay silent or underpriced is money you leave on the table.

The economic climate is not in our favour.
Every layoff cycle, every DEI rollback, every restructuring proves this.
Consulting work. Advisory work. Speaking fees. That builds resilience.
That's how you stop being one quarterly decision away from starting over.

That's the gap this program closes.

Still employed

Build the second income stream alongside your job. Once you can see what it earns, you decide what comes next.

Laid Off

Build the income stream you need now, at the laid off rate.

The same 8 weeks, the same quality.

Already Started?

Some of your clients came from luck and timing. Build the offer, the price, the pipeline and the weekly rhythm that bring the work in on purpose.

I built it. The room confirmed it.

I built this program over several months.

The 9th Woven Conference was the test.

The two most packed Executive Lounge sessions were on going from corporate to independent, and on pricing, proposals, and getting paid. Standing room. Notebooks open. Hands in the air past time. Women lining up to talk afterward.

The signal was clear. This is what they're asking for.

Cohort One ran this summer.

This is the second round.

About Me

LED BY LIVED EXPERIENCE.
BACKED BY INDUSTRY INSIGHT.

By the time I left corporate in 2021, I was a leader. The most senior data professional in my organization. Leading teams. Setting data strategy. In leadership meetings. All of it grew me in ways I couldn't see at the time.

I left because of discrimination.

I've been independent for five years. Five-figure speaking. Six-figure consulting. Advisory work. 38 Speaking engagements. Building Woven from a side hustle to 7,000+ members. Figuring out what to charge, how to scope, how to say no, and how to keep building when nothing is guaranteed.

I built this program because I had to. I figured out this work the hard way, alone, while recovering from what corporate did to me. I'm helping you skip to the good parts.

Here is what I know to be true. Women in data and AI cannot afford to depend on corporate investment that can be withdrawn at any time. Every layoff cycle, every DEI rollback, every restructuring proves it.

I care about women making money. Real money. Money is how we get options. Money is how we give back. Money is how we have better quality of life. The economic and political climate right now is not favourable for us. This program is one of the pathways. It's a form of resistance. Give the real experts the mic.

This is the room I wish I'd had at your stage.

Founder

Kishawna Peck

Kishawna Peck founder of Woven community for women in data and AI
  • You're a senior individual contributor or leader

  • A founder asks to “pick your brain” for an hour. You say yes, again.

  • Someone asks your rate. You hear yourself say a number and know it’s too low. It’s the same number you quoted a year ago.

  • A consultant with half your experience lands the client you should have had.

  • Someone wants to hire you and asks for something in writing. You have nothing to send.

  • You’ve seen how fast one employer can end your income.

This is for you if

  • You’re still building foundational data and AI skills. Come back when you have senior-level experience.

  • You want someone to do the work for you

  • You can’t see how one client engagement pays you back

  • You think senior expertise should sell itself. The structured offer is the work this builds.

  • You're already at $600K or more in revenue. Check The Strategic Planning Intensive.

Not for you if

How Applying Works

Apply by October 31. The application takes a few minutes. No webinar funnel. You apply, and the decision is based on what you write. If it's a yes, payment is due on acceptance and confirms your spot.

Questions first? Book an optional clarity call with me. It doesn't affect your application.

The Founder Intensive provided a strong framework that helped me take concrete action, register my business, and refine my advisory strategy. Kishawna’s 1:1 expert guidance was key in giving me the clarity and direction needed to build for scale.

The Investment

STANDARD PRICE

  • Pay in full: $9,000 CAD/$6400 US

  • Split: into 3 payments paid monthly

RECENTLY LAID OFF

Laid off in the last 12 months

  • Pay in full: $3000 CAD/$2100 US.

I have been doing this for five years.

You can work all of this out on your own. There are plenty of free resources but

it takes longer, and the cost is the clients

and projects you miss while you do.

In this program, you 're paying to skip the mistakes.

Payment terms:

Payment is due when you're accepted. Your spot is confirmed once your first payment is received. If a payment is missed, access pauses until it's paid. Non-refundable. No deferrals.

Make it back:

One engagement priced at $9,000 or more pays for the program. In week 4 you price your offer. By week 8 you have the offer, a one-page proposal, a pipeline to find the client, and a speaking proposal ready to go.

Good to Know

I review every homework submission myself, and in week 8 I review your whole body of work with you. The cohort is small enough that I know your offer as well as you do.

I price, scope, and sell to corporate buyers today, so you learn what's working now. Nine years of building Woven and five years selling my own expertise are in the room with you.

  • Virtual Tuesdays 7:00 to 8:30pm ET. Sessions recorded.

  • Plan for 3 to 5 hours of work outside sessions each week.

Why This Program?

Built for senior women in data and AI. The content, examples and templates are aimed at selling this kind of work to corporate buyers.

Taught by a founder who sells to corporate buyers today.

I review every homework submission and do a final review with you in week 8.

You apply, and the decision is based on your answers. No fancy funnels.

After week 8, graduates can apply for live pitches and paid case study matches with women-owned businesses.

Eight Tuesday sessions, 7:00 to 8:30pm Eastern Daylight Time. Three phases. One break week.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Where the work gets seen

The 8 weeks build the foundation. The next four months put it in front of real rooms.

The Exchange and Woven Events are application based. Matches and speaking slots are not guaranteed.

 PITCH SHOWCASE

You pitch live to pre-matched women-owned businesses. 30 minutes per pitch, self-scheduled. The first public performance of your offer with real stakes.

WOVEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP EXCHANGE

Graduates apply for vetted matches with women-owned businesses for paid case study engagements. Matched graduates leave with paid work, a case study, and proof of delivery.

WOVEN EVENTS

Graduates are eligible to apply for speaking opportunities at Woven events. Final selection is curated. Speaking is possible upside. Slots are not guaranteed.

I’ve been pricing big enterprise projects for years, but pricing myself was a whole different challenge. I was both a guest speaker and a participant in Woven’s Founder Intensive. I now have clearer offers, better pricing, and more confidence holding my price with clients (we practised those conversations through role-playing, which was fun). The homework deadlines gave me the push to get my website and speaker page finished. Kishawna provided great insights and pushed me when I needed it.
